3 DAY HANOI – MAI CHAU – PU LUONG

After breakfast at the hotel, our private driver will pick you up at your hotel lobby and depart for Mai Chau.

This is a small town about 120km from Hanoi in the Northwest of Vietnam. You will pass through hills, small towns and stop to rest at Thung Khe pass and check in at Mai Chau flagpole

You will arrive at the resort in Mai Chau at noon around 11:30 – 12:00.

Check in and have lunch at the resort. Mai Chau is home to the Thai ethnic group, who live in stilt houses and have their own unique customs and traditions. Thai cuisine is considered the best in the northern region of Vietnam.

You will have a wonderful afternoon with a cycling tour to explore the villages and learn about the traditional culture of the Thai people in Mai Chau with our local tour guide. Visit 8 traditional villages, visit the brocade market, interact with local people, learn about weaving and housing…

Relax and enjoy a wonderful evening at one of the most beautiful resorts in Mai Chau

Enjoy a relaxing morning in Mai Chau, immersing yourself in the fresh nature in your own way.

Use the free bicycle to explore Mai Chau in your own way or sip a cup of Vietnamese coffee while watching the peaceful rice fields with simple farmers under the porch of the unique resort

After lunch, our driver will pick you up and depart for Pu Luong. The small road through the bamboo forests, the rustic villages of ethnic minorities will bring you deep impressions

You will check in to your resort in Pu Luong at 15:00pm.

Pu Luong is famous for its rice valleys interspersed between villages and mountains. You will check in and relax from the porch or freely cycle to see the wonderful scenery with unique stilt houses on both sides of the road

Enjoying dinner and resting in Pu Luong is one of the most wonderful experiences

After breakfast and watching the beautiful sunrise, you will check out then the driver and local tour guide will pick you up to visit Hieu waterfall. Drive through special slopes, small village roads and the most beautiful rice fields in Pu Luong

Hieu waterfall is the largest and most beautiful waterfall in Pu Luong, the waterfall has 3 levels originating from the primeval forest that provides water for the whole area. You can bathe in the waterfall if you want…

After visiting Hieu waterfall, we will take you to visit the water wheel, this is the traditional water-carrying tool of the Thai people, an extremely important tool that demonstrates the ingenuity and excellent agricultural skills
